Annual Meeting – 2019
Auburn’s annual election is on Tuesday, June 4th at 7:00 PM at the Northpark Clubhouse. Five (5) directors will be elected for a term of one (1) year. In order to hold the election, a quorum of 25% is needed, which mean 38 members must be present either in person or represented by secret ballot. Ballots may be sent or hand delivered to the Inspectors of Election, c/o Action Property Management, Inc. All ballots must be received by Monday, June 3rd, otherwise ballots may be hand delivered to the meeting, or any adjournment thereof, prior to the close of balloting.
