Auburn’s annual meeting was on Tuesday, June 4th at 7:00 PM at the Northpark Clubhouse. Quorum was not met for the annual election, and the meeting was adjourned to Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 5:00 PM, at the offices of Action Property Management.

Five (5) directors will be elected for a term of one (1) year. In order to hold the election, a quorum of 25% is needed, which mean 38 members must be present either in person or represented by secret ballot. Ballots may be sent or hand delivered to the Inspectors of Election, c/o Action Property Management, Inc. All ballots must be received by Tuesday, July 9th, otherwise ballots may be hand delivered to the meeting, or any adjournment thereof, prior to the close of balloting.
