Upcoming Concrete Repairs – Auburn & Northpark Master Area
We would like to inform you of upcoming concrete repairs that will be taking place both within the Auburn community and in the surrounding Northpark Master Association area. These projects may temporarily impact access and daily routines for some Auburn residents.
Auburn Community Work:
Concrete Hazard Solutions will be removing and replacing lifted sections of sidewalk and broken curbs within Auburn at 14 designated locations.
- Start Date: Monday, July 28th
- Estimated Concrete Pour: Friday, August 1st
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Please avoid walking on the newly poured concrete until the caution tape has been removed and the concrete has fully set.
Northpark Master Area Work (Affects Auburn Access):
Work will also be conducted on the sidewalk and drive aprons along Olivehurst, which is within the Northpark Master area but may affect garage and driveway access for some Auburn homes.
- Start Date: Monday, July 28th
- Estimated Concrete Pour: Friday, August 1st
- Vehicles: Please have all vehicles out of garages from July 28th through August 4th
- Driving Access Restored: Estimated Monday, August 4th
We kindly ask for your cooperation during this time and encourage all residents to plan ahead to minimize inconvenience.

Rodent & Insect Control Treatments (July 2025)
This is a courtesy notice to inform you that rodent and insect control treatments will be performed in the landscaped common areas of the Auburn community on the following dates:
Scheduled Treatment Dates:
- Thursday, July 10, 2025
- Thursday, July 24, 2025
Alternative Treatment Dates (if needed):
- Thursday, July 3, 2025
- Thursday, July 17, 2025
- Thursday, July 31, 2025
The treatments will be performed by Animal Pest Management Services, Inc., using a variety of EPA-registered products targeting general insects, rodents (including gophers, mice, and rats), and snails.
Please use caution around posted treatment areas. Some products are labeled as hazardous or dangerous to humans and animals. Product labels and safety information are available upon request.

Dear Auburn Homeowners,
Please be advised that Animal Pest Management Services, Inc. will be performing rodent and insect treatment applications in the landscaped common areas of the Auburn Homeowners Association throughout the month of June 2025.
Scheduled Service Dates:
- Primary: June 12, 2025 and June 26, 2025
- Alternate (if needed): June 5, 2025 and June 19, 2025
Products to be Used Include:
- Avalon Gopher Grain Bait (Strychnine Alkaloid)
- Demand C.S. Insecticide (Lambda-Cyhalothrin)
- Cadet 3 All-Weather Blox (Cholecalciferol)

Some of the listed products are marked as hazardous to humans and animals. We encourage all residents to avoid treated areas on service days and to exercise caution when walking pets or allowing children to play in landscaped areas.

Upcoming SoCalGas Safety Inspections in the Community
Dear Residents,
We have received the following important safety notice from SoCalGas regarding upcoming meter inspections in our community:
SoCalGas’ commitment to safety remains unwavering. Within the next 30 to 60 days, SoCalGas technicians will be in your neighborhood to conduct required safety inspections of natural gas meters. These inspections typically take about five minutes, provided there are no access obstructions.
Please assist in ensuring a smooth inspection process:
- No action is required if your meter is fully accessible.
- If you have access restrictions such as locked gates, pets, vehicles, or shrubbery, please call 877-268-4298 to schedule access.
- Technicians will be working Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, wearing SoCalGas uniforms and carrying company-issued ID badges.
