We have received the following important safety notice from SoCalGas regarding upcoming meter inspections in our community:

SoCalGas’ commitment to safety remains unwavering. Within the next 30 to 60 days, SoCalGas technicians will be in your neighborhood to conduct required safety inspections of natural gas meters. These inspections typically take about five minutes, provided there are no access obstructions.

Please assist in ensuring a smooth inspection process:

1. No action is required if your meter is fully accessible.
2. If you have access restrictions such as locked gates, pets, vehicles, or shrubbery, please call 877-268-4298 to schedule access.
3. Technicians will be working Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, wearing SoCalGas uniforms and carrying company-issued ID badges.

Please be advised that Animal Pest Management Services, Inc. will be performing scheduled rodent and insect control treatments throughout the landscaped common areas of the community during the month of May 2025.

Scheduled Treatment Dates:

• Primary: May 8 & May 22, 2025
• Alternate (weather-dependent): May 1, May 15, & May 29, 2025

Important Safety Notice: The following pest control products may be used during treatment. Please use caution when in common areas during and after service dates. Some products may be hazardous to humans and animals.

Products Include:

• Demand C.S. Insecticide (Lambda-Cyhalothrin 9.7%)
• Cadet 3 All-Weather Blox (Cholecalciferol 0.075%)
• Temprid FX Insecticide (Imidacloprid 21.0%, Beta-Cyfluthrin 10.5%)
• Termidor S.C. Termiticide/Insecticide (Fipronil 9.1%)
• ZP Rodent Oat Bait (Zinc Phosphide 2%)
• IronFist Slug and Snail Bait (Sodium Ferric EDTA 2.0%)
• Additional registered EPA products as needed
