We want to inform you about upcoming rodent and insect treatment services in the landscaped common areas of our community. The treatments are scheduled to take place on the following dates:
Primary Service Dates:

Alternative Service Dates (if needed):
- December 5, 2024
- December 19, 2024
Important Information
These treatments include the application of EPA-registered pesticides for managing various pests, including gophers, ground squirrels, mice, rats, and general insects. Please note the following:
- Products used include materials like Demand C.S. Insecticide, Temprid FX, Termidor SC, and others, with caution for their potential hazards to humans and animals.
- The products are applied in compliance with all relevant regulations, and additional product details are available upon request.
Precautions
