The 2023-2024- Homeowners Associations monthly for Auburn Community Association have increased 7.88%, the new assessment will be $219.00. The 2023-2024 Budget mailer was sent to the membership and posted on resident.actionlife.com.
If you have automatic withdrawal set up at your financial institution please advise them immediately of the change to the assessment for April 1, 2023. If you are on automatic withdrawal through Action Property Management, the change will be done automatically to your account. Any late charges incurred are homeowner responsibility.
In order to keep our homes clean, please remember that all pet owners are required to pick-up their pet’s waste and dispose of it in a sanitary manner. Failure to do so may result in a fine.
