Water Intrusion Policy – Adopted

A proposed policy change to the Association’s Guidelines was recently mailed out to the membership for review and comments. After careful review and consideration, the Water Intrusion policy was adopted on April 13, 2020. The full text of the policy can be found under Notices in the Documents folder of the Resident Portal.
