Spend this summer utilizing all the wonderful nature and parks within the North Park Community. Follow link below for a guide to all the parks in your backyard!
Please be aware that North Park, the Master Assocation will be scanning license plates of all vehicles on Spring Valley between 12am -6am. The purpose is to identify addresses that are not parking two cars in their respective garages and to alleviate the congestion on Spring Valley and arterial streets.
The master’s policy is two courtesy letters, then a hearing. If no response or resolution, a $200 fine is levied, and vehicle transponders are deactivated. The latter tends to get residents attention and the only way the resident will be able to resolve the violation is to park two cars in the garage, unless 1 is oversized or special circumstances apply.
If you have any questions please contact North Park’s Management- Crummack Huseby Inc. at 949-367-9430.
